Returns + Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, there is a 7 day time frame from when the package is delivered to inform us about a return request. Upon the request, the customer will receive a code for store credit to use towards a future purchase.
Damages:
All products are carefully inspected before they are sent to the customer and packaged securely in our custom protective boxes so that they do not arrive damaged.
Processing Time is 3-7 Business Days from the day that the order is placed. Full shipping time can take a maximum of 2 weeks depending on location. (Weekends and Holidays are not included in processing time).
